How the pizza dough calculator works
The calculator starts with the amount of finished dough you want. If you need four pizzas and want each dough ball to weigh 250 g, your target dough weight is 1,000 g. That target is more useful than starting with an arbitrary flour amount because it connects directly to the number of pizzas you plan to make.
